The Renova Foundation inaugurated two new Integrated Service Centers (CEA) in Sao Mateus and Aracruz (ES). In Povoacao, attendance occurs in the Community Integration Center (CIC of Povoacao) until the construction works on the new center have been completed.

Assistance in these towns by the recovery actions of the Renova Foundation began in December 2017 and, in January, teams formed by employees of Renova’s customer service channels and dialogue professionals went to the communities to clarify doubts, register requests and streamline the processes.

At the itinerant locations alone, around 1,500 people were attended. “The receptivity of these communities was enormous. Since it took a while for them to be included in the Transaction and Conduct Adjustment Term (TTAC), the population really felt the need of direct contact with the Foundation,” explains the supervisor of the Information and Service Centers for the Communities of Espirito Santo, Sofia Giambarba.

In addition to these sites, the Renova Foundation has fixed Service and Information Centers in Baixo Guandu, Colatina, Linhares and Regencia.
