Initiative aimed at small and medium-sized companies aims to strengthen business management and competitiveness in the local market

Small and medium-sized companies in the municipalities covered by the Renova Foundation, in Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais, who wish to strengthen business management and market competitiveness, will be able to participate free of charge in the +Management project. With limited spaces, registration is open until March 29th, at the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/jz0K7LNrnM.

With the support of DVF Consultoria, 120 vacancies will be made available to train companies in the municipalities of Mariana, Barra Longa, Ipatinga, Timóteo and region, in Minas Gerais; and Linhares, Colatina, Baixo Guandu, Marilândia, Aracruz and region, in Espírito Santo. To participate in the project, it is necessary to meet the following selection criteria: have an active National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ) and be based in one of the contemplated cities.

+Management is a project that aims to promote improvements in the management processes of companies through the use of tools such as lectures, content and didactic videos, in addition to individual consultations. In the final stages of training, “Business Meetings” will be held to bring companies closer together and close new deals. Then, the final report stage is carried out and the training is completed.

Companies are evaluated from the perspective of the following dimensions: Quality and Productivity Management; Occupational Safety, Health, Environment (SSMA) and Social Responsibility and Accounting, Tax and Labor Management.

“Initially, the program carries out a municipal diagnosis to understand local demands and opportunities, identifying interested companies and anchor companies. Then, the phases in which each company is found are recognized and the strengths and weaknesses of each one of them are identified. Thus, it is possible to carry out a customized intervention per company, through training and individual consultations”, explains the Renova Foundation’s Hiring and Local Entrepreneurship coordinator, Roberto Ruggeri.
