The Information and Service Center of Mariana (MG) has relocated to Avenida Bom Jesus, 195, Center. The new office has access doors, ramps and bathrooms, adapted to physical accessibility regulations for the disabled.
The offices centralize the demands, concerns and claims of the communities impacted by the collapse of the Fundão dam, owned by Samarco Mineração, facilitating the assistance and monitoring of solutions by the Renova Foundation team.
Two other Information and Service Centers are already operational, one in Barra Longa (Rua Matias Barbosa, 14, Center) and another in Santa Cruz do Escalvado (Rua Maranhão, 6, Novo Soberbo). The hours of operation of the offices are Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 6pm. Furthermore, another 10 (ten) centers distributed over Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo are in the implementation phase.
