The Income Statement with the amounts paid by the Renova Foundation in 2022 was sent by Correios (National Post Authority Company), and the statement must be made by May 31

 

The Renova Foundation prepared a booklet to guide those affected by the Fundão dam collapse (MG) on how to enter the amounts paid by the institution, in 2020, in the income tax return. Those who meet the criteria of the Federal Revenue Service to make the declaration have until May 31 to declare. 

The Income Statement, which brings together data relating to moral and material damages, Loss of Profit, Emergency Financial Aid and payments made through the Simplified Indemnity System, was sent by post and can also be obtained on the User Portal, on the Renova Foundation website. 

The amounts paid by Renova in 2022, contained in the document, must be informed in the statement. Those affected who do not receive their Statement by Correios or by email, or have difficulties accessing the User Portal, should call 0800 031 2303. In this case, it is important to contact the Renova Foundation to update the address.
