Policard cards were replaced by Alelo cards without loss for the beneficiaries

The replacement of the financial aid debit cards has come to its final stage all along the Doce River, which runs from Mariana (MG) to Linhares (ES). The reason for the change is due to the contract termination with Policard. Alelo shall be the new company to take over the service. Therefore, only families who already have a Policard shall go through this process.

“It was a very big challenge to go all along the Doce River, knocking on each of the doors of the households to exchange the cards. We entered into a great partnership with the Communication and Social Dialogue sectors and also with In-Haus, the company hired to carry out the exchanges. This shows how our fronts are integrated and that together we are really stronger”, says Daniel Lucena, coordinator of the Renova Foundation Financial Aid front.
