During the event, the construction works and demands foreseen for 2018 were presented and doubts clarified regarding the bidding processes of the Foundation

Representatives from various sectors of the Governador Valadares (MG) economy participated, on February 19, in a workshop held by the Minas Gerais State Industry Federation (Fiemg) Doce River, in partnership with the Renova Foundation. During the event, potential suppliers were able to get informed about the foreseen construction works and demands of the foundation in the region for 2018 and the procedures for participation in the bidding processes.

The initiative presented new business opportunities for entrepreneurs in the municipality. Demands in the segments of electromechanical assembly, civil works, vegetation suppression and pipe assembly have already been identified. Indirectly, there will also be contracting for providing breakfast and lunch, container rental, supply of PPE and uniforms, transportation (bus), logistics (hiring of warehouse), leasing of equipment and machinery and supply of material for construction.

REGISTRATION

To get on the list of suppliers and partners of the Renova Foundation, the entrepreneur must complete this pre-registration. Through the website, it is also possible to access the Stimulus to Local Hiring Booklet, which explains in detail the rules and criteria for hiring suppliers, as required by the Renova Foundation. Also, starting March 1st, every Thursday, the Renova Foundation will hold sessions in Governador Valadares (MG) and Colatina (ES) to register companies.
