Communities of Espirito Santo gain courses for qualification of manpower

Initiative is a partnership between the Renova Foundation and the Espirito Santo State Industry Federation

On August 10, courses for the Qualification of Manpower will begin in the communities of Regência and Povoação in Linhares (ES) organized by the Renova Foundation and the Espirito Santo State Industry Federation (Findes). Theactivities will be carried out through the Social Service of Industry (Sesi), National Service of Industrial Education (Senai) and the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL), entities established and managed by Findes.

Those interested in participating in Regional Cuisine, Pattern Making, Sewing, Practical Entrepreneurship, Carpentry and Construction courses may enroll on August 7th and 8th from 9am to 4pm at the following addresses:

●     Povoação: Center for Community Integration of Povoação – Rua Cleris Moreira, s/n.

●     Regência: Association of Residents – Avenida Caboclo Bernardo s/n – Vila de Regência Augusta

The Renova Foundation conducted a mapping along the Doce River basin, which outlined the profile, vocations and economic potential of each town, from Mariana (MG) to Regência (ES). Based on these characteristics, the Labor Training Course aims to stimulate new business, generate jobs and also bring new perspectives to the population of regions affected by the collapse of the Fundão dam in Mariana (MG).
