APPRENTICE PROGRAM FROM THE RENOVA FOUNDATION HAS JOB OPENINGS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE OF MARIANA

Enrollment goes until October 10th and is open to young people in the city aged between 17 and 22 years old

Young people who live in Mariana and its districts, aged between 17 and 22, can participate in the selection process for the Apprentice Program carried out by the Renova Foundation in partnership with the National Service of Industrial Education (Senai). Opportunities are for candidates who are enrolled and attending school from the 9th grade of elementary school or who have completed high school. The program is free and those interested can apply until October 10th.

Registration must be made on the website of the Renova Foundation Apprentice Program. Young people who find it difficult to register online may request support from the Senai secretariat, located on Rodovia do Contorno, unnumbered, Colina neighborhood, in Mariana (MG), from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. The selection process is divided into three stages and will be conducted by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL – FIEMG). The first step consists of tests in Portuguese, mathematics and general knowledge. The second step is an online interview. The last step is the analysis of the documentation supporting the requirements for participation in the Program.

Candidates selected to participate in the Apprentice Program will receive a half-minimum wage scholarship and transportation voucher (when the training is in face-to-face format), in an apprenticeship contract for 12 months. Four young people will be selected for a sequential professional practice with the Renova Foundation for another 12 months.

The course in the area of Administrative Processes will be taught by Senai. It consists of two modules, totaling more than 800 hours of classes, with subjects related to human relations, basic information technology, communication, administrative and financial routines, in addition to customer service. Classes will take place in the morning, from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and will be remote until all protocols are implemented for the safe resumption of in-person classes.

Apprentice Program

The Apprentice Program is a technical-professional training for young people, developed through theoretical and practical activities under the guidance and responsibility of legally qualified institutions. At the Renova Foundation, the program is carried out in partnership with Senai. Free training will be offered to young people from Mariana and its districts.
