Preservation of Immaterial Assets

First meeting was attended by representatives of different institutions and the Commission of Affected Parties

One of the main challenges of the Renova Foundation is to ensure the preservation of the historical, cultural and artistic memory of the communities of Bento Rodrigues and Paracatu de Baixo in Minas Gerais. Therefore, on May 12, representatives of different institutions and the Commission of Affected Parties met to discuss the destination of objects of historical and cultural value rescued by the Foundation team, which are held in the Technical Reserve.

Among the agreed definitions is the creation of a schedule of periodic meetings between the Renova Foundation, the Commission of Affected Parties, the technical advisory body Caritas and representatives of the Archdiocese of Mariana. Based on this first meeting a date will be scheduled to discuss the formation of the technical reference group.
